DOCUMENTATION:
Documentation is encouraged, but not required, for uncommon breeds/colors. Documentation is REQUIRED for any model showing in collectibility. No one can be an expert in every subject. That said, please be aware that by not providing documentation for "uncommon" entries, you are relying on the judge's knowledge when judging your model.

If anything is questionable, the judge reserves the right to place the model according to his/her knowledge base, which may result in a great model not receiving a ribbon. When in doubt, document you entries!

Documentation can include anything from a notecard, COA, printed paper from a website or of your own making, a book, etc. Please try to not place large books or tablets on the table as they take up a lot of room. The judge reserves the right to ask you to remove your documentation if it is taking up too much room. Try to be concise!

MISSING MODELS:
If you accidentally forget your model in the ring and the next class has started, the judge reserves the right to move your model out of the way, if need be. The judge is NOT responsible for any damages incurred during this process.

Missing Model Policy:.Sometimes, there are many models on the table that are identical and they can get mixed up. Please check your tags carefully when picking your models up from the rings. If you notice that your model is missing, please tell a member of the show staff IMMEDIATELY. An announcement will be made for people to check tags. If you have not recovered your model within 5-10 minutes of that announcement, we will stop the entire show until the model is found.

Please note that just because someone accidentally picked up your model (and even packed it away) does not necessarily mean the individual was attempting to steal your model. We all make mistakes, especially when there are 10+ of the same model on the table. Please be respectful of each other in this situation, and please, always triple-check your tags.

PROXY SHOWING:
Proxy showing is allowed, but the entrant will need to pay an entry fee of $25 for up to 5 models. No table space will be allotted, the models must fit on the table of the handler.

The show holder, show hall, and all affiliates are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or otherwise missed, models, awards, classes, etc. PLEASE PICK YOUR PROXY SHOWERS CAREFULLY. Please reference either the Model Horse Transaction Board group on Facebook, MHHR (Model Horse Hobby Reference) Yahoo! Group, Model Horse Blab, Fallen Leaves, etc. for references BEFORE sending your models off to someone that you may or may not know. Check their current feedback!
